DIR customers may purchase L-3 Mobile-Vision, Inc. products and related professional services directly from L-3 Mobile-Vision, Inc. under the terms and conditions of contract number DIR-SDD-TMP-114.  Professional services may include design, installation, upgrades and migrations, training, network assessments, network security audits, project management or other related services.
