Repairs & Returns

In the event that your L3 Mobile-Vision equipment requires service, repair, or replacement, please follow these procedures in the order listed.

  1. Obtain the component’s serial number.
  2. Search our Online Support Center for solutions to common hardware and software problems.
  3. Call Technical Support at 1-800-336-8475, option 3. One of our experienced Technical Support Engineers will attempt to diagnose and fix your problem.
  4. Log into our RMA Portal and complete the Online Return Authorization Form.  After submitting this form, you will receive a Return Authorization number and detailed instructions via email. For more information on how to access the RMA Portal Click Here.
  5. Carefully pack the equipment for shipping. Use ample packing material to ensure that the equipment does not sustain additional damage during shipment.
  6. Write the Return Authorization number on the outside of the package (IMPORTANT) and ship the equipment to us at:
